As my husband starts his workout routine I suddenly get the urge to join him. I pick up my trusty search device. In this case it is my phone - The Galaxy Note 3 - (yes I am a dinosaur and I EMBRACE MY DINOSAURNESS...). I then go to my favorite app - PINTEREST - for some inspiration. Gosh - I love this app. I flick through some not so pleasant links to some not so pleasant exercises that someone in there late 30's that is very much out of shape - who shall remain nameless...uuhmmmmm...SHOULD NOT BE DOING. I then come to a what seems to be something that I think I might be able to do. It involves ONLY (and I say ONLY with conviction like I am going to get through all of it) 7 days and it starts off with just 10 of each exercise. The author of this blog did such a great job in describing how to perform each exercise and it really seemed like a no excuse challenge - SOOOOOO - I'm going to attempt to complete it.
I have finished and I seriously feel the tightness in my abs - 10 of each exercise was fairly simple - I did the beginner version of each exercise found on videos in YOUTUBE. (side plank, side jackknives, russian twists, reverse crunches and bicycle crunches.)
